這次是重新安裝python環境時壞掉
先來說我目前的環境
python3.7
pip 19.1
macOS Mojave
一直出 egg_info 這個錯誤
仔細看後發現是pycurl的問題，估狗後發現下面這篇
感謝大神幫我搞定
結論：
電腦裡需要先安裝 openssl
若是用brew裝的，可以用 brew info openssl 看詳細資訊
其實openssl套件在安裝時就有教大家惹
然後我是直接中間那兩行 export下去就好惹
（記得複製下來時 “ ” 要拿掉）
